About the Role:

Analyze business processes, gathering requirements, configuring the Fusion applications, conducting testing, providing user training and support, managing data, and collaborating with team members to ensure the implementation and use of Fusion applications. You will be also involved in system maintenance, enhancements, and learning to stay updated with the latest features and best practices. Overall you will help maximize the value and efficiency of Fusion applications. You will be reporting to Manager – Fusion.

You Will:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our business processes and requirements to identify areas where Fusion applications can be used to improve efficiency, improve operations, and enhance data management.

  • Collaborate with team members to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the implementation, enhancement, or configuration of Fusion applications.

  • Support daily production/non-production issues, act as escalation point to resolve urgent and complex issues and manage expectations.

  • Respond to customer requests, troubleshooting, reported problems about the applications performance and reliability.

  • Enhance, repair or expand existing applications to correct errors, increase efficiency, upgrade interfaces, and improve performance.

  • Customize and configure the Fusion applications to meet our specific requirements.

  • Implement changes to workflows, forms, reports, and security settings.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the Fusion applications.

  • Develop test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of Fusion applications.

  • Provide training and support to end-users of Fusion applications.

  • Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Fusion applications.

  • Ensure security measures are in place to protect sensitive data within the Fusion applications.

  • Monitor the performance of the Fusion applications and identify areas for optimization.

  • Engage and communicate with important partners, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

You Have:

  • 5 years’ experience in advanced (e.g. Tier 2 or Tier 3) working with the Fusion suite of applications, including ERP, HCM, and EPM module.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.

  • Experience supporting Fusion applications is

  • Experience with ERP, HCM, and EPM technologies

  • Track record in managing complex projects related to Fusion applications

  • Experience managing relationships with software vendors
