Associate Specialist - Payroll
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Detail oriented, deadline driven, self-managing with professional work ethic
Strong sense of commitment and Ability to meet urgent tight schedule task
Strong stakeholders management skills
Ability to perform full-set of variance checking for all payroll reports.
Intermediate or higher skill with Excel, Word and Oracle Fusion HCM
Ability to plan and prioritize work.
Ability to analyze process and data and problem solving orientation.
Ability to manage duties effectively and balance customer service with task requirements
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
2-4 years of related payroll experiences in BPO/HR Shared Service industry
High School Diploma
Must demonstrate English language competence
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource/Business Admin/Business Management/Accounting or Finance
Hands on experience with regional payroll activities
Experience working within a shared services center environment or multi-national environment.
