Salesforce Administrator (Temporary)

Minimum five years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
-
Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
-
Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
-
Must possess experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud and integration of the two systems
-
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
-
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

Strong data management abilities

Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools

A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion

A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

Experience in a Sales or Marketing organization preferred

Self-motivated with a tenacious drive for results

Demonstrated communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve set targets

Must possess ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Must be a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication

Must be customer focused and possess ability to work closely with cross functional team members

Must possess ability to effectively present information and respond to questions

Must have ability to track issues and/or tasks required through available tools and work with appropriate users to ensure issue resolution or task completion

Must possess ability to deploy code through each of the Salesforce environments

Must possess good development practices and rigorously test any changes within the Salesforce sandbox before deploying to production
