Salesforce Developer (Remote)
Working on a remote basis, you'll design and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You'll be a subject matter expert for Salesforce, overseeing areas such as system maintenance and support, and working with team members to support them with developments and changes in the platform. You'll look after applying the capabilities of the Salesforce platform to create tailored solutions that align with requirements. You will report into the Salesforce Manager.
You Will:
- Develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using declarative and programmatic tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Customize Salesforce applications to meet the requirements of the organization. You will create custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and other configuration elements.
- Integrate Salesforce with other applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Examples are: Salesforce Connect, Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Manage data within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and maintaining data quality standards.
- Identify then solve issues, monitor system performance, manage users and ensure system stability and availability. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, maintainable code, and compliance with coding standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures, such as unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to reliable solutions.
You Have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, working on Salesforce projects, building custom functionalities, integrating systems, and managing data within Salesforce.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II level qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (such as Java, C#, or similar languages) Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React

The salary range for this role is $90,000-110,000. Please note, this is a standard range and exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
