Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-
Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience including:
-
Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or other iterative software development processes
-
4+ years of Scrum Master and Agile project management experience, including proficiency as Scrum Master role for 2+ years for a software development team, and 2+ years experience in using TFS, JIRA, Rally or equivalent ALM tools

Experience working with web-based, Cloud-hosted software
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
-
CPA and/or MBA
-
Experience at a public accounting firm
-
Experience in software project management
