Qualifications

  • Prepare presentations and confidential correspondence.
  • Manage Teams site and create, maintain databases of stakeholder information, resources, opposition sentiment and other internal resources as needed.
  • Manage, develop, distribute and archive project scopes, plans, schedules, dashboards and other essential project documents.
  • Arrange team and squad meetings, take minutes and help create clarity on deliverables and deadlines.  Facilitate knowledge-sharing and alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Create and maintain a GAANT-type project management file to track team’s internal and external activities and communications.
  • Assist with managing the reporting of activities, successes to Association leadership.
  • Lead budget and forecasting activities for team.
  • Manage team credit card, contracts and purchase order processes, including interfacing with vendors on billing and payment.
  • Arrange meetings, events, and travel; maintain team calendar.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team to coordinate and/or resolve issues related to technology, mail, facilities and finance.
  • Perform other cross-funcational duties as assigned.
