Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Visionary, Creativity/Innovation and continuous improvement with ability to make decisions Making/Judgment, bias for action
- Expert in all digital tools: e-comm, social, UX, SEO/A, and Media.
- Expert in data analytics.
- Expert in consumer segmentation and campaign development
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships internally and externally to execute the Association’s strategic vision online.
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
- Minimum of 12 years related experience across B2C and B2B
- Proven experience leading a digital transformation agenda
- Proven experience and success in driving penetration and consumption in e-commerce environment
