Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Clear and persuasive writing style with tone to support successful outcomes;
  • Superior written and oral communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to consult with and bring internal clients to consensus
  • Demonstrated track record of leading a creative team in generating creative concepts and implementing them across a variety of media
  • Experience producing compelling, high-quality copy and concepts for a wide range of marketing and business styles, campaigns and projects, including print advertising, brochures, marketing collateral, direct marketing, online marketing, video, trade show graphics, catalogs, blogs, advertorials, etc. that achieved business goals
  • Ability to articulate and present creative concepts logically, both internally and externally
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, working independently producing high-quality work and projecting a positive attitude
  • Experience managing a high-performing team in a creative services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • 7-8 years of experience in an account management role in an agency or in-house creative services department.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing Communications or related field.
     
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • Experience with Filemaker Pro
  • Masters in English, journalism, public relations, marketing communications or related field
