Senior Manager - B2C Growth & Experience Marketing

About the Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement marketing strategies that improve growth in the CGMA candidate pipeline in the US and UK.

Reporting to the Global Director of B2C Growth, you'll be a strategic marketer and performance marketing expert with experience optimising marketing funnels and driving revenue. You'll work with our Content, Learning, and technical teams and a marketing delivery squad to improve marketing strategies.

You Will:

  • Lead our CGMA Candidate Acquisition growth strategy which includes planning, prioritizing, and working towards acquisition goals
  • Partner with US and UK regional leaders to support market plans
  • Gather and develop the insights needed to identify audiences and create market segments, personas and go to market strategies
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting of media spend and return on investment, managing CAC. You're committed to ensuring the efficiency and improvement of the delivery squad
  • Manage supplier relationships including media agencies and pipeline management solutions
  • Manage the strategy but also support the team with hands-on execution where necessary
  • Build your expertise and lead your marketing squad to become a fun, motivated and growth-focused team.

You Have:

  • Prior experience working for education or ed-tech brands with a track record in
  • Prior experience with marketing data and performance indicators and using this to make data-informed decisions
  • Prior experience leading a team with an and inclusive style
  • Experience managing performance marketing budgets, channel mix and optimising ROAS
