Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders
- Proven experience owning and managing multiple projects and tasks as well as the ability to prioritize work based on the business needs
- Detail and results-oriented
- Sound understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, internal stakeholders and audiences (digital marketing, new technology, Marketing Automation, CRM, agile working practices, data and analytical tools)
- Awareness of the commercial and technical side of a business
- Able to work autonomously and proactively
- Critical thinker with the ability to analyse trends, data and information and translate them into customer-centric insights
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- B2C, B2B2C marketing experience
- Minimum of 5+ years marketing experience including digital marketing and channel development, marketing strategy and performance tracking
- Experience working with different stakeholders at all levels
- Global marketing and team experience
- Experience developing marketing strategies to support organisational objectives
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
- MBA desirable
- Marketing experience in education, membership schemes or commercial sector
