About the Role:

Reporting to the Director, Marketing B2B Propositions & Experience, you will support the development and measurement of the Association’s global B2B marketing, proposition and experience. Collaborate across internal and external teams, portfolio programs and channels.

We currently have two open roles, one of which will manage B2B product marketing strategies and the other focused on demand generation marketing strategies and go-to market plans for B2B acquisition and retention, products and services, and supports the development of innovative digital capabilities and new channels. These strategies include market penetration, new market entry, new product launches, ecosystem relationships and enhanced customer experience across the Association’s B2B channels.

You Will:

  • Manage global B2B marketing programmes to support P&L goals, revenue targets, marketing spend, and return on investment.
  • Manage important implementation and reporting activities related to multi-channel B2B marketing programmes (acquisition and retention) for the Association’s products (PQ, PCG, Conferences). These include direct mail, email marketing automation, digital and web site merchandising optimization.
  • Partner with B2B team members, Sales, Product Owners, Channel groups, Product Development, Conference and external partner teams on B2B 4P strategy and implementation.
  • Responsible for project management and marketing initiative calendar management, in close coordination with all partners, service providers and internal/external creative agencies.
  • Scans, collects, shares and uses market, customer and competitor trends, including performing research to inform value propositions, product development ideas and customer journeys.
  • Develop and manage content marketing and expertise themes, approaches and assets to build our reputation, promote positioning and inform campaigns.

You Have:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • B2B, B2B2C marketing experience
  • Marketing experience including digital marketing and channel development, marketing strategy and performance tracking
  • Experience working with different partners at all levels
  • Global marketing and team experience
  • Experience developing marketing strategies to support organizational goals
