Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Proven ability to effectively lead cross functional teams to exceed operational goals, inspire collaboration and outperform service and financial targets.
  • Strong ethical leadership skills, business mindedness and negotiation skills.
  • High level of communication skills(verbal, written and presentation)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage large amounts of information.

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related professional field including Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Event Management
  • 7-8 years related experience
  • CMP or similar certification
 
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • Advanced degree or accreditation in marketing, communications, management, or related field
