Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Excellent understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies
  • Exposure in deploying automation tools (RPA, Workflow, etc.)
  • Facilitating continuous improvement workshops, seminars, and training programs.
  • Stakeholder management and presentation (e.g. SLTs, VPs, to lower levels).
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple portfolios
  • The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind
  • Excellent motivation skills, being both self-motivated & self-directed with ability to deliver outcomes to strict deadlines and able to motivate others at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable record of presenting technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Highly motivated and resilient and able to adapt to change

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Psychology (O.B), Statistics, or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience with proven track record (> $1MM Portfolio).
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB) with 3-5 years of solid experiences in the following:
  • Coaching employee(s) in process improvement tools and projects.
  • Train and certified Yellow and Green Belts in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience managing small to mid-size teams (5-8 people).
  • Good command with MS Office, Statistics Software (Minitab, SPSS, etc.)

 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Project management experience in BPO/ Shared Services/ GBS environment.
  • Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma with 5-8 years of process improvement and digital transformation experience.
  • Experience in establishing new teams, departments, and/ or service center.
  • Exposure with RPA tooling (AA, UiPath, Blue Prism).
  • Excellent understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.

  3. Driving GBS strategy and plan for execution towards digitalization (iGBS model).

  • Employee satisfaction and engagement increase by empowering them in driving change with process improvement knowledge and tools.
  • Moving the Association towards digitalization with integration of automation solutions.

 

Communication Complexities:

  • Communication may direct to various levels of the Association depending on the projects involved, not limited to email, zoom call, on-site meeting/ presentation.

 

Innovation / Problem Solving:

  • Change, modify or enhance work processes for optimum efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Complexity:

  • Complexity varies according to the projects involved from minor enhancements to major overhaul of processes and/or system.

 

Breadth:

  • Depending on the scalability and deployment of improvement initiatives, it is Association wide.
