About the Role:

You will handle end to end (E2E) accountability of global Order to Cash (OTC) function of the Association and global process ownership (GPO) including both founding bodies, AICPA and CIMA covering the geographical locations US, UK and Regions. Have accountability to guide the transformation of the finance organization from a regional-based Association to a Global Business Services (GBS) model and efficient delivery of OTC services, and process improvement to deliver better customer experience, enhance quality and control. You will report to Associate Director, Finance Operations - Global Business Services

You Will:

  • Ensure Association's revenue is recognized, and debtor position reflect the correct balances addressing discrepancies, anomalies and escalating foreseen financial risks to the Associate Director Finance Operations, GBS.
  • Identify financial risk exposure of outstanding debts and ensure reserves are built into the Profit and Loss account (P&L).
  • Develop analytical reviews to understand business trends, and correlations of important metrics, and recommend solutions to improve performance
  • Manage escalations, address root-causes of recurrent problems, craft solutions assessing the E2E process and collaborate with teams
  • Manage all global internal and external audits related to OTC tower and engage with auditors to explain the integrity of Association's receivable balances.
  • Develop the OTC Policy and 'How We Do Business' framework for the Association ensuring that the policy safeguards the assets of the Association and remains fluid and to needs.
  • Ensure the current control framework of the OTC Tower is operating to safeguard the assets of the Association, and the processes comply to all regulatory requirements, accounting conventions and corporate policies.
  • Develop Service Levels and (KPI) of the team ensuring right measures are in place to assess the effectiveness and productivity of team's performance and robustness of financial outcomes.
  • Guide the OTC process standardization and optimization as the US, UK and Regional processes consolidates at the GBS
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) and help develop the right parameters of the to-be OTC processes for technology advancements and transformation projects. E.g. Project RAVE and ONE ERP.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance and accounting or professional financial qualification.
  • Knowledge in E2E technical and business knowledge of OTC.
  • Knowledge in service delivery in a GBS environment
  • Knowledge in people management skills.
  • Knowledge in Lean/Six Sigma and leading process improvements.
  • Exposure to GPO.
  • Exposure robotic process automation (RPA).
  • Knowledge managing service delivery of US, UK, APAC and other regional AR processes.
