Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Strong knowledge of the credential’s accounting practices and procedures.
  • Additional expertise of the specific credential’s industry e.g. accounting, auditing, business valuation services, information systems, information security, cybersecurity, SOC reporting, business intelligence, data management, IT governance, IT risk and related controls
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external subject matter experts and influence decision-making where appropriate.
  • Ability to develop high quality and timely resources under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional groups including promotion of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Strong negotiation and consensus building skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to think creatively to provide solutions to obstacles or roadblocks
  • Availability for travel on an as-needed basis.

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • CPA license, MBA or equivalent designation/credential desirable
