Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders, including senior executives, value proposition owners, Governance Group members and other cross-functional leaders. 
  • Ability to influence and drive action working with cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to link strategy to execution to ensure delivery of organization priorities
  • Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques   
  • Understanding of creating value propositions, commercial strategies, and market segmentation
  • Understanding of Marketing and / or Strategy best practice
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Commercial, strategic and financial acumen with ability to perform financial / business analyses.
  • Experience collaborating to move projects forward in a complex, matrix organizational structure.

 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • PMO experience using scrum or agile methodologies
  • Prefer prior sales / marketing experience in building go-to-market strategies / value propositions.
