Senior Manager - Value Proposition & Go to Market
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders, including senior executives, value proposition owners, Governance Group members and other cross-functional leaders.
- Ability to influence and drive action working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to link strategy to execution to ensure delivery of organization priorities
- Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques
- Understanding of creating value propositions, commercial strategies, and market segmentation
- Understanding of Marketing and / or Strategy best practice
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Commercial, strategic and financial acumen with ability to perform financial / business analyses.
- Experience collaborating to move projects forward in a complex, matrix organizational structure.
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- PMO experience using scrum or agile methodologies
- Prefer prior sales / marketing experience in building go-to-market strategies / value propositions.
