About the Role:
You will lead the project management group and work with the Agile scrum development team. You will lead the planning of multiple medium to large projects by working with management and other partners to translate broad goals into a project roadmap. You will lead the development and coordination of multiple project plans to implement the roadmap. You will operate with autonomy and independence. You will report to Director – Project & Technology Delivery. You can work remotely or on a hybrid basis.
You Will:
Produce and manage high-level milestone plans that sequence project work and dependencies, hold milestone owners accountable to deliverables and dates or negotiate new dates at regular project team meetings.
Facilitate communication between milestone holders that ensure project deliverables, that their interdependencies are understood, and obstacles or risks are avoided.
Monitor and assign work, coach and motivate employees; guide development of work plans, conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues .
Lead and co-ordinate the release activities including the execution of the pre-release business testing, contingency planning, compliance/security documentation, go/no-go decisions, and the “Day of” deployment plans and checklists.
With the support of product owners, analyze, bring to agreement, gain approval and document major scope decisions, policy decisions, technical questions, and high-level requirements, considering options, risks and trade-offs.
Ensure that projects meet compliance, legal, and regulatory needs including data privacy and special accommodations requirements.
You Have:
- Bachelors’ degree
- 7+ years project management experience
- Experience managing complex Agile projects with at least some time managing multiple large inter-related projects
- Understanding of software elements and methodologies; including experience with web applications and cloud-based applications.

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $142,000 - $160,000
