About the Role:

You will partner with and support hiring managers globally to ensure that recruitment and selection activity occurs within time and budget requirements, using creative and strategic methods of sourcing to fill positions. You will partner across the Global People Team (Human Resources) and SLT (Senior Leadership Team) on recruitment and hiring, focusing on continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition Team. You will work in an Agile working environment to support immediate and proactive hiring needs. While this role is posted in London it is remote-friendly for other UK locations. You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

You Will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to provide an organised recruitment process with candidate experience at top of mind.
  • Be responsible for Global Recruitment, ensuring individuals are recruited following Goals.
  • Strategize to recruit top talent, ensuring expenditure is within departmental recruitment budgets. Advise hiring managers of the most efficient and cost-effective recruitment methods, advising on sourcing.
  • In partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), advise Managers with guidance around recruitment Service level agreements and the hiring process.
  • Compile assessment material and tools, including the creation of competency/behavioural based interview questions. Advise Manager in the choice of interview questions.
  • Advise the HRBPs on recruitment activity within their groups, escalating areas of concern.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within an ATS, relating to internal and external recruitment to ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation.
  • Working knowledge of HR Compliance Laws, providing basic guidance and working to implement a stronger understanding of these laws globally through partnership with HRBPs
  • Work on immediate and proactive hiring needs with HRBPs, hiring managers, Culture and Engagement, and Senior Leadership Team members to provide a high-quality hiring process.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of combined education and experience

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process

  • 7+ years of combined corporate and agency-based recruitment, assessment and selection experience

  • Experience in delivery of competency-based interviewing

  • Experience developing a, multi-faceted interview and selection process, including assessments, criteria, and Service Level Agreements,

  • Experience working in an ATS

  • Experience developing campaigns for recruiting purposes, using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

  • Experience presenting data and market insights to hiring managers 

  • Experience hiring for a variety of roles at various levels, with IT and Marketing recruitment experience strongly preferred
