Senior Specialist - Business Development
About the Role:
You will directly responsible for ensuring successful execution of recruitment and revenue-generating activities within Malaysia region to meet corresponding set KPIs. Take charge of initiating steady market growth in the Malaysia markets corporate segment while supporting the other relevant market segments such as universities and re-seller. Uphold the Association’s value chain all the times and promote its related activities over time in the markets. You will report to Manager – Business Development – Malaysia
You Will:

Drive universities and general market’s activities to achieve CIMA’s KPIs following long-term strategy.

Increase the number of tie ups with colleges/universities/learning partners and contribute to new student registrations.

Increase the FLP sales through learning partners/universities/colleges.

Develop relationships with potential partners with the objective of building brand awareness of CIMA.

Identify appropriate business opportunities which lead to greater brand recognition, increased demand for CIMA products and services, and achieved agreed target.

Pitch to potential universities including VCs, deans and senior lecturers and the general market through understanding the main business and CIMA’s added value to us.

Create business development strategies with major universities and general market for student recruitment through delivering CIMA’s products and services.

Organize student recruitment activities to increase students' numbers and achieve targets.

Promote CIMA to potential students and ensure CIMA is the choice of professional qualification for students to pursue their career in Management Accountancy.

Work with Member Services Department/Members for student conversion and deliver career services across schools, higher educational institutes, colleges and universities to raise CIMA’s profile and increase brand awareness among students.

Network with potential customers and work with them to research customer requirements to recruit students and growing members.

Review and maintain top accounts list in Client Relationship Management (CRM)/Other system·

Conduct analysis of ongoing market and competitors to gauge positioning of CIMA in the market
You Have:
-
Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field·

Work experiences in Business Development·

Experienced in education industry and selling “careers” to students in

Advanced level of consultative sales experience

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
