Senior Specialist - Operational Excellence & Lean Six Sigma

About the Role:

You will guide continuous improvements programs and automations across Global Business Services (GBS). You will focus on value delivery by streamlining processes using Lean Six Sigma and deployment of automation solutions (RPA) to achieve greater operational efficiency and cost savings. You will assist our management team in value creation to the business and governing the continuous improvement framework. You will report to the Associate Director - GBS Operational Excellence & Improvement and use a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule.

 

You Will:

  • Collaborate with business process owners and partners to deliver improvement projects to improve Service Performance.
  • Track and govern all our Continuous Improvement Projects from project kick off to closure, benefits quantification, and report status periodically to leadership and important partners
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and progress through engagement events, awareness activities and regular communications, influencing teams to try to deliver efficiencies and service quality through continuous improvements.
  • Research and share knowledge regarding industry trends on improvements framework, tools and automation.
  • Conduct workshops, training and improvement project coaching.
  • Facilitate value stream mapping with business process owner to identify area for improvements and value creation
  • Prepare presentations about our Continuous Improvement pipeline, progress, improvement benefits, risk and mitigations.
  • Conduct general research regarding the industry transformation, new trends and evolution of shared services, and provide recommendations on application to the ASSN.
  • Create Improvement toolkits (SharePoint sites, templates)
  • Help draft and communicate important messages about improvement and new ideas in collaboration with Internal Communications.

You Have:

  • Lean Six Sigma green belt certified
  • 5+ years' experience in a continuous improvement and project management role
  • Experience leading process improvements and coaching process improvements or Lean Six Sigma projects
  • Experience in applicable tools, process mapping, redesigning, and reengineering
