Specialist - AE Support, Peer Review
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language with the ability to write clearly and concisely that adheres to customer- established standards
- Customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with all levels of stakeholders and internal staff members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to resolve complex problems autonomously through research
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to work non-traditional hours on a flexible basis
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
- Proficiency in time management, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
- 2-4 years’ experience in a customer facing position providing end user deliverables
- Experience using an IT Management System for tracking and working customer issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Customer Service experience with a focus on training or documentation development
