Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: 

  • Owns problems and works diligenty to resolve them 
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and task in a fasts paced environment
  • Attention to detail 
  • Effective communication skills.  Proficient in spoken/written business English.
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Very high levels of customer focus

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience in client success, customer support or sales

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Prior experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Prior experience working with SalesForce
  • Knowledge of adult education principles
