About the Role:

Work with the line manager to help implement fast-track program and managing Corporate Clients’ Account in Malaysia. You will report to Lead Manager – Commercial

You Will:

  • Liaise and consult with Lead Manager – Commercial in developing revenue planning and target numbers of students through fast track programme following CIMA business strategy.

  • Communicate with potential students and manage the implementation of main and special programs in the region includes fast track programme, FLP and PCG with those direct linkages for membership conversion for the region.

  • Build contacts with potential employers to create new business opportunities.

  • Track and maintain reports of CIMA fast track programmes following CIMA’s record keeping process.

  • Ensure to track the progress of the students as to increase student’s progression.

  • Support Lead Manager – Commercial in writing new business proposals.

  • Work with Lead Manager – Commercial to support Member Services unit in ensuring that the candidates from the special pathways achieve their membership status.

  • Support Associate Specialist to ensure that candidates from Special Pathway register themselves as CIMA students, in addition to processing exemptions and exam registration on a timel manner.

  • Identify continuous improvement area of delivering services including performance, quality issues and any related risks.

  • Participate in budget management to ensure the expenditure is within the given budget before any expenditure incurred. 

  • Administrative and logistics coordination support for prospects engagement activities.

  • Maintain an updated database of all corporate clients.

  • Perform additional responsibilities and assigned by the line manager.

You Have:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration or any equivalent field.

  • Preferably experience in events management industry, education industry, training sector, professional or membership body.

  • Experience organizing training programmes.
