Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven ability to create and implement communications campaigns and programmes

Media savvy and experience of working with PR agencies

Ability to multi task and work with other departments

Building and managing relationships with subject matter experts, senior leadership and volunteers

Must possess excellent organizational, planning, project management and time management skills

A wide degree of creativity and latitude

Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media

Excellent team player, self-starter and able work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Paying attention to detail whilst maintaining focus on the bigger picture

Computer skills including use of online databases.
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline

Marketing communications qualification preferable

Experience of working in a busy communications environment

Experience in journalism or in a writing role

Background in professional services, ideally in accounting
