Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Access
- The ability to work methodically & systematically under pressure
- An understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- An understanding of SQL
- The ability to be proactive
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent keyboard skills, being able to enter high volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
- Minimum 5 GCSEs A to C including English and Mathematics or equivalent
- Experience of working within a customer service role
- Experience of working to targets and deadlines within a pressured environment.
