Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Hands on knowledge in e-mail campaign building

Customer focused with a good understanding of journey mapping

Excellent knowledge of digital, web and social media marketing practises and techniques

Sound understanding and commitment to data driven marketing.

Good knowledge of customer profiling and segmentation techniques.

High standard of written and verbal communication skills

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels and within a matrix structure
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

Educated to degree level or equivalent

Ideally a minimum of 3 years marketing experience including:

Experience working with different stakeholders and managing expectations

Experience developing marketing plans to support organisational objectives
-
Experience with A/B marketing test
-
Experience in creating and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Experience with integrated marketing education products and services

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
-
Product marketing or management background
-
Good knowledge of the education sector
-
Experience in working with and/or managing automated marketing technologies (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA, SEO)
-
Proven track record of generating commercially revenue
