Specialist - Finance Technology & Transformation
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom skills
- Ability to manage multiple critical priorities with strong organizational skills; ability to deliver assignments within agreed upon timeframes with effective prioritization of duties skills
- Ability to independently accomplish unique tasks without precedent or clearly defined steps or oversight and translate it into a legible training or operations document for use by stakeholders.
- Ability to make decisions anticipating and considering long-term implications and risks and known or predictable interdependencies
- General understanding of end to end finance operations
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- 1-year experience supporting projects; providing requirements, reviewing solutions, testing, documentation and training
- 1 year’s experience in finance operations; working knowledge of core finance workflows, regulatory requirements and operational best practices
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of professional experience
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- PMP certification
- Agile Project management certification
