Specialist - Marketing Operations

• Expertise in the application of marketing and campaign skills and techniques with a focus on driving an excellent customer experience.

• Ability to retrieve information from different sources using a variety of approaches including: viz., discussion, documentation review, data and system analysis
• Experience and understanding of the following tools and platforms:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) or other marketing cloud technologies (Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketing Cloud)
• Knowledge of transaction and analytical databases and warehouse and common methods of extracting and loading data from different systems.
• Knowledge of HMTL and its application in the creation of modern email development
• High level of proficiency with Excel (i.e., pivot tables, macros, etc.), proficient in Word and PowerPoint
• Data preparation and the knowledge of transactional and analytical database technologies
• Strong business acumen

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Economics or other relevant field and/or combination of experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
