This role is collaborative, working cross-functionally with internal and external partner teams to understand and enhance the member onboarding and renewal experiences. They will drive and support the testing of existing membership processes as well as enhancements to ensure the best experience for members.

 

Support the onboarding experience for all Association new members by collaborating with our vendor for new membership cards/certificates

  • Develop data-driven proposition business cases for enhancements to onboarding and renewal processes
  • Lead cross functional dues testing squads for end to end dues testing to identify disrepencies, any major issues to prepare for, and enhancements needed to ensure a successful season
  • Support testing for all system enhancements to ensure no negative member experience
  • Partner with internal and external teams including MMX, GEC inbound, Firm Billing Team, Finance, and Associate Manger- Global Service Architect
  • Support additional dues related tasks to ensure a successful season
