Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

·         Demonstrated ability to coordinate and produce quality podcasts in a rapidly evolving environment

·         Proficient in Pro Tools, Logic, or Audition, industry standard plug-ins.

·         Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals and influence outcomes

·         Skilled in decision making and problem solving

·         Self-starter, confident with entrepreneurial aptitude, and ability to manage multiple projects of with a moderate level of complexity and risk under tight deadlines

·         A market focused approach to business, and understanding of what drives product success

·         Ability to identify implications of actions and understand relationships affected and opportunities or challenges they may create

·         Strong organizational and communication skills including strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

·         Adaptable under pressure, problem-solver, meets challenges with resilience in fast-paced environment.

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in media management in deadline driven environment
  • Experience and proficiency with audio techniques, optimizing, editing or repairing digital audio.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

·         Product management experience in learning & development environment

·         Experience in technology with a global focus

·         Foundational knowledge of emerging technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, robotics, etc. and the effects of such technologies on the global accounting and finance profession.
