About the Role:
You are a creative and strategic Specialist who can lead our social media presence across the UK & Ireland market. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with storytelling, and understands how to grow engagement through compelling content.
You'll manage multiple social channels, creating and editing video content, aligning with brand guidelines, and being a visible face of our market through on-camera appearances. You'll work with colleagues across the UK & Ireland team, our central content team, global social team, and external partners to maximise reach and effect.
You'll report to the Senior Manager - Operations UK & Ireland as in individual contributor and use a hybrid work schedule
You Will:
Channel Management & Performance
- Manage multiple social media channels.
- Run paid social campaigns to create leads and increase sales.
- Develop the UK social media calendar.
- Report on social media performance, providing relevant insights.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to differentiate and improve.
Content Creation & Editing
- Develop creative content ideas tailored to our audience and market goals.
- Film content and be on-camera for interviews, advertisements, and other engaging content formats.
- Edit video content for social platforms, using brand tone and visual identity.
- Follow viral trends and explore ways to adapt them for our brand and audience.
- Attend UK & Ireland events to capture live content, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments for social media.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Manage the UK & Ireland social media plan, aligning with the global social strategy.
- Collaborate with to amplify content reach and influence.
- Work with central teams on content development, brand tone and visual identity.
Content support
- Be the market lead for content and collateral production through the content strategy team.
- Support UK & Ireland market campaigns with content development and campaign management where required.
You Have:
- 1+ years experience managing social media
- Willing to travel within the UK and Ireland to attend events, accommodations for disabilities will always be considered
