About the Role:

You will lead a team responsible for delivering high quality, relevant experiences including marketing, content and services and solutions, that meet the needs of our members/students/clients globally across owned, shared and earned channels. The team supports the Association’s teams in delivery of valuable and viable propositions to our chosen audiences and works with multiple partners across a set of propositions.

This team will build QA and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Experience Delivery Squads in annual and quarterly sprints.

You will report to the Director – Experience Business Partnering & Delivery and use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will:

  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation to execution, optimization, and reporting.

  • ·Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors.

  • Manage teams of Delivery Managers and Campaign Managers working across creative teams and marketing operations to ensuring programs and campaigns are implemented, within budget to the required quality levels  

  • Lead team in annual or quarterly planning processes to ensure that demand and capacity across delivery portfolio are balanced.  

  • Ensure the team respond to escalations from Partners, Proposition Owners and Team Leaders ensuring prompt resolution and demonstrating pursuit of high service and satisfaction.

  • Define clear standards for team outputs including stakeholder management to ensure satisfied internal customers and target audiences.

  • Lead a team of up to 15 in a manner consistent with our Management Charter.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree .

  • 7+ years' experience in data-driven marketing – specifically CRM, email, online/offline media

  • 3+ years prior experience leading a campaign delivery team.

  • Experience in Agile ways of working
