Tech Lead
About the Role:
We are a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing our membership platform, which serves approximately 1.8 million members. Our focus is on delivering high-quality software solutions that improve user experience and engagement.
We are looking for an accomplished Tech Lead with expertise in TypeScript and AWS Lambda functions. You will report into the Lead Digital Delivery Manager and will predominantly backend-focused, with a small amount of frontend work using React. You have experience integrating with systems such as Salesforce, Commerce Tools, Zuora, and Contentful. As a Tech Lead, you will provide technical guidance to a team of both in-house and outsourced developers, ensuring the delivery of our projects.
You Will:
- Lead the development and maintenance of backend services using TypeScript and AWS Lambda functions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement new features.
- Debug and improve existing code to enhance performance and reliability.
- Integrate with third-party systems such as Salesforce, Commerce Tools, Zuora, and Contentful.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
You Have:
- Proficiency in TypeScript and AWS Lambda functions.
- Experience with React for frontend development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Commerce Tools, Zuora, and Contentful.
- Experience with leading development teams.
- .Experience working with membership platforms or similar large-scale applications.
- Knowledge of modern development practices and tools..
