  • Excellence in designing adult learning in all medium and lengths

  • Business and financial acumen

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • 15+ years of extensive experience that includes progressive leadership roles in learning departments within leading commercial learning providers, CPA or consulting firms, or corporations
  • University undergraduate degree in education, business administration or a closely related subject.

 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Advanced or master's degree in education, psychology or management, strong experience with learning technology, instructional design, behavioural psychology and educational psychology.
  • Preference for Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)certification or Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) qualification
  • Experience in accounting and finance profession
