What it’s Like to Work on Our Team
You’ll begin with a 6-week on-site training class in our office where our training team will provide you the foundational knowledge to succeed. Then you’ll have an additional orientation period where you’ll continue to work closely with your manager and teammates to get fully up-to-speed on providing top-notch service to our members.
This role has very competitive starting pay at $18.75 per hours. After successful completion of your orientation period at 6 months, you’ll move up to the Advisor level and a rate of $19.71 per hour. Also, after successful completion of your orientation period, you will have the option to work a hybrid work schedule where you’ll work from the office 2 days per week. For employees who opt for the hybrid work schedule, we will provide at-home equipment; you will provide reliable high-speed internet to ensure uninterrupted access to our virtual environment and a quiet workspace.
