About the Role:

You will develop learning support material and wellbeing guidance for CGMA candidates to allow them to move through their examinations to membership. You will identify ways to overcome exam progression obstacles. Your work may also involve encouraging collaboration directly with the learning partners and grow revenue. You will report to the Director - Relationship Programs. This role is remote-friendly.

You Will:

You will be responsible for study support resources and events that aid candidate progression to CGMA pathways, globally. You will lead academic working groups between the Association and our learning partners.

You will:

  • Create study support resources, e.g. articles, blogs, webinars and study guides
  • Identify ways to reduce 'off-track' candidate behaviour
  • Implement improvements in how we store and share support material
  • Coordinate progression programmes involving multiple teams
  • Present on technical content for live webinars
  • Create content for the resource library specifically aimed at candidate wellbeing.
  • Project manage the programme working with learning providers, marketing and the content team to create a structured programme of study support with a defined start and end dates.
  • Undertake research into identifying the obstacles to student progression and recommend action plans to overcome those obstacles. Help implement those plans.

You Have:

  • CGMA Qualification
  • Experience student pass rate success
  • Experience with projects that improved the student learning experience
  • 6+ years' experience presenting online or in a classroom to accountancy candidates
  • A background of working for a professional accountancy institute or accountancy tuition provider.
