About the Role:

You will deliver high quality, relevant experiences including marketing, content services and solutions, that meet the needs of our members/students/clients globally across owned, shared and earned channels. You will work with our teams to oversee campaigns designed by our Experience Delivery Squads in annual and quarterly sprints. You will be accountable for quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency. You will report to the Senior Manager - Experience Delivery and use a hybrid work schedule. There are several roles available and start dates will use 3 waves, in June, July, and August.  June 23rd start date, July 14th start date, and August 4th start date.

You Will:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. digital, social media, email, print, and events).

  • Coordinate with our teams and external partners to ensure the delivery of campaign elements.

  • Manage campaign timelines, and resources to ensure campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams, partners, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools and data insights.

  • Provide regular reports on campaign results, Return on investment, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Analyze customer feedback and campaign data to refine future strategies.

  • Share campaign performance data to Squads

You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.

• 3+ years in marketing campaign planning

The Salary Range for this role is: $71,000-$91,000 per annum
