About the Role:
You will manage the end-to-end process for Association strategies in Singapore. The strategies will help accomplish our goals in the region following our Global plan. You will lead the local team and seek opportunities for growth by identifying new markets. You will report to the Director - SEA Markets, over see two direct reports and use a hybrid work schedule.
You Will:

Lead a team of people, following the Association’s Management Charter.

Lead the Association’s Management Charter accountabilities.

Take ownership of the plans, strategies and budgets for Singapore to meet our goals.

Ensure that students who are recruited are retained and that they progress quickly through the CGMA exams.

Review and maintain top accounts list in in SalesForce.

Engage local regulatory bodies for CIMA’s advocacy and strengthen the visability of CIMA and Association branding and products.

Develop senior contacts among targeted employers, education providers, and professional bodies to promote CIMA.

Develop brand awareness for by establishing partnerships with partners in Singapore
-
Work with local higher education establishments, regulators and important employers to develop and influence their strategies thereby driving student recruitment.

Implement revenue generating opportunities through selling CIMA’s products and services including Pathways, Finance Leadership Programme (FLP), Promote Competency Globally (PCG).

Deal with Member Networks

Maintain solid knowledge of Singapore Market and identify business opportunity or risk for the planned activities.

Direct activity and manage operations following CIMA strategy and brand guidelines.

Provide financial and regulatory management of the Singapore office and staff including controlling expenditure in CIMA Singapore within the approved budget.

Provide regular briefings and reports to senior management.

Deal with any regulatory / legal requirements.

Regional Programmes - Work with regional team to plan and manage activities in the region especially with regard to the areas where working as Mentor – Member Engagement and Progression. This includes collaborating with UK GEC, Membership and Exams team to resolve concerns and achieve regional outcomes and provide leadership for the regional CPD initiative.

Provide a high level of impact for CIMA work in the region and ensure that planned activities in Singapore are aligned with Regional Strategy.
You Have:
Recognised degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or Communications
7+ years related experience including People Management Experience
