About the Role:
You will ensure successful execution of recruitment and revenue-generating activities within Malaysia region to meet corresponding corporate goals. You will lead in initiating programmes designed to accelerate market growth in the segment while supporting the other relevant markets. You will report to a Lead Manager in the Student or Member Services team.
Your goals will include:
- Increase the number of tie ups with employers / corporates / colleges / universities / learning partners which contribute to new student registrations.
- Increase the FLP sales through learning employers / corporates / partners / universities / colleges.
You Will:
- Work with the Line Manager to implement market development strategies across the organisation.
- Pitch to potential corporates or universities to raise understanding of our business and how CIMA can help their organisation.
- Work with partners and career services to design and promote business development strategies for student recruitment. Organize student recruitment activities.
- Promote CIMA to help ensure we are the professional qualification of choice for those who want to pursue their career in Management Accountancy.
- Ensure all employers and educators are supported to promote the delivery of the qualification, with increased student progression rates.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets Conduct analysis of ongoing market and competitors to gauge positioning of CIMA in the market
You Have:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field
- Experience in Business Development
- Experience in the education industry and selling "careers" to students
- Advanced level of consultative sales experience
- Business proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
