About the Role:
Perform functional and other holistic reviews of technical, and learning products, and other deliverables, produced by the Association’s Content and Corporate Communications Team (and other teams) to ensure adherence to applicable compliance standards as set forth by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy.
You Will:
- Maintain and perform functional QA testing of all learning products in many formats (print, online, video, and so on).
- Document, assess, and communicate quality issues and recommendations for improvement, along with retesting and validation of QA issues.
- Upload and maintain supplementary CPE materials on Association’s website and manage IRS website by uploading courses for approval and submitting member credits for Enrolled Agents (PTIN).
- Determine CPE measurements (word count or coordination of pilot testing) of a high volume of AICPA self-study courses to ensure compliance with National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
- Issue digital badges to customers for completion-based learning programs in such formats as live, in-person programs, webcast series, and self-study online programs and verify badge completion through Questionmark, Learning Management System (LMS), and excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) reports.
You Have:
- Experience proofreading, user testing, or performing quality checks in a publishing environment
- Associates degree or certification
