Associate Learning Designer - One Year Fixed Term Contract

About the Role:

This is a one year FTC.

You'll manage the design of instructional content for all deliverables; work with SMEs and content authors to influence the creation of information to be taught and organized into logical, instructional patterns that are appropriate for the culture and level of expertise of the learners.  Responsible for continuity courses and learning solutions motivated by projects and go-to-market value propositions. 

You Will:

Design a variety of interactive learning solutions that are high quality, personalised, streamlined, and targeted (eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual training sessions, self-study programmes, and learning journeys) on time and on budget, that align with the overarching enterprise learning and assessment strategy.

Support internal subject matter and learning experts during review of learning content for design and compliance purposes.

Collaborate with the Learning Consultant to agree on the requirements of the Learning Discovery Summary.

Participate in analysis and design sessions with writers/authors, subject matter experts, learning quality and compliance, and partners to create comprehensive objective outlines, learning design documentation, and storyboards that ensure learning solutions are relevant, targeted, outcome driven.

Oversee compliance of resulting learning content with Learning Design Guide and, if applicable, NASBA or other relevant standards.

Manage a set of courses by topical area (e.g., tax) and their ongoing content maintenance/updates, based on input from the business owners, regulatory/standards changes and marketing feedback.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) internal or external to the Association and manage ongoing relationships for maintenance/updating learning content. This includes briefing, mentoring, and directing their efforts.

Ensure learning solutions reflect best practices in learner and user experience and adult learning theory by managing the latest trends and technologies globally and incorporating them accordingly.

Lead process improvement, and robotic process automation for efficiency gains to maximise product development output while configuring learning pathways/journeys that inspire positive behaviour change.

You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in business, education or psychology

Experience in learning design
