Associate Manager – Test Development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
REQUIRED

Strong quality control
focus and attention to detail.

Excellent English language
skills, including the ability to proofread and edit.

Excellent interpersonal
skills and ability to lead workgroups and committees effectively, as well as
work in a team environment.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft
and Google platforms).
·
Ability to handle multiple
priorities/projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
·
Strong analytical, problem-solving,
and decision-making skills.
·
Familiarity with basic psychometric
concepts.
·
Ability to travel,
including some weekend work.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·
Minimum 4-6 years’ test
development or related experience.
·
Demonstrated application of
language and technology skills.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
·
Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED
·
Master’s degree
·
Experience or knowledge of
CPA profession and/or financial services/industry
