Business Analyst - Ethics & Practice Quality Technology
About the Role:
As the Business Analyst for Ethics and Practice Quality Technology, you will provide analysis, document requirements, and perform testing for Peer Review and Ethic’s technology projects and participate in the development of technology products.
You Will:
- Manage the process of gathering of requirements for new functionalities to Peer Review and Ethic systems or Association’s AMS system
- Develop training materials for new feature launches and train staff and external users (new programming, Conference, new Administrators, Association members, new Peer Review team members)
- Respond to feedback to produce clear, written specifications for all feature functionality and user flows
- Utilize and design workflow diagrams to help obtain shared understanding and agreement on system changes
- Provide guidance to programmers and the QA team regarding the desired functionality
- Review test cases prepared by testers and perform testing
- Help review and resolve support tickets
- Understand integration with other Peer Review and Association systems.
- Understand internal audit needs and implement governance
- Lead and coach others on projects
You Have:
- 3-4 years of experience in web technology, and general database concepts and reporting tools
- 3-4 years of experience in gathering requirements and testing processes and methodologies
- 2-4 years of experience in a scrum team
- 2-4 years of experience creating use cases
- 2-4 years of business analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or other related field
- Advanced understanding of general computer concepts
- Advanced understanding of web technology, database concepts, and reporting tools
- Ability to lead others to achieve project goals
