Ideally 2 years’ experience in administration/account management role with some marketing experience

Good numeracy skills

Problem solving skills, able to use own initiative to suggest and find positive solutions

Excellent organisation skills, can create and prioritise own work schedules

Deadline driven and can work under pressure

Excellent track record of global stakeholder management

Understands the importance of customer service, appreciates what it’s like being an Association client and their expectations, in order to exceed them
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

Educated to A Level standard or equivalent

Ideally a minimum of 1 year’s related experience in customer account management delivering high level of service
-
Comfortable liaising with global stakeholders
-
High level of computer literacy and comfortable learning and using new software packages
-
Experience using CMS and CRM systems
-
An interest/understanding of the of recruitment sector an advantage but not essential
-
Managing suppliers experience beneficial
-
General marketing experience preferred
