Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Familiarity with psychometric concepts and experience in working with Psychometricians.
  • Superior supervisory skills with the ability to hire, coach and develop staff.
  • Superior operational and internal control focus with the ability to implement change as needed to ensure that an appropriate system of controls is in place and operating effectively
  • Superior written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build working alliances at all levels
  • Superior computer skills and familiarity with databases, computer technologies and systems.
  • Experienced in working with computer professionals as part of the examination preparation and delivery process.
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills. 
  • Hands on and detail oriented with the ability to see the larger policy issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with the ability to travel occasionally
  • Market awareness and strong business acumen to ensure that exam products are both defensible and commercially sound.
  • Experience of developing and delivering exams in languages other than English.
 
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the field with experience in the overall process of developing complex test questions in a high-stakes professional computerized examination as a Professional Test Development Manager or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree
 
 
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • Management Accounting subject matter expertise preferred.
