KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

A familiarity with on-line educational products and their structure and delivery.

Familiarity with on-line editing tools, stylesheets, templates

Familiarity with HTML/XHTML (will not be developing in HTML but must understand the concepts since the tools utilize HTML-type features).

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

Familiarity with Adobe products.

Must be able to work well independently as well as be a team player

Must be flexible, self-motivated, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to self-manage multiple development projects and deadlines, able to handle several assignments at once in a multi-task environment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A minimum of 2 years’ experience. Will consider a combination of education and experience.
EDUCATION REQUIRED

Associates degree or equivalent.
