Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Experience in marketing education products and services to students
  • Proven track record of generating commercially revenue  
  • Experience in working with and/or managing automated marketing technologies (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Target)
  • Customer focused with a good understanding of journey mapping
  • Excellent knowledge of digital and social media marketing practises and techniques
  • Sound understanding and commitment to data driven marketing.
  • Good knowledge of customer profiling and segmentation techniques.
  • Ability to define and act on customer insight
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisation/time management and planning
  • Budget control and management
  • Team player
  • Creative flair and a willingness to challenge the norm
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels and within a matrix structure.

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • Educated to degree level
  • 3 + years marketing experience, including running multichannel marketing campaigns, particularly digital
  • Experience generating commercial revenue
  • Experienced at working with different stakeholders and managing expectations
  • Global marketing experience
  • Experience developing marketing plans to support organizational objectives
  • Good knowledge of the education sector
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • CIM Marketing qualification
  • Good knowledge of the education sector
  • Product marketing or management background
  • B2C marketing experience (essential), B2B
