Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Well-skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel
  • Ability to learn new technologies and help others in using these tools
  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes, particularly at the federal government level
  • Ability to multitask and juggle various projects involving internal and external stakeholders in multiple time zones
  • Ability to assist with off-site conference planning and execution, including availability to travel 1-2 times/year
  • Basic understanding of data entry and payment processing
  • Basic knowledge of association structure/association management

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • 1 year experience in fast-paced, multi-project environment, with expertise in managing simultaneous workstreams effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience in government affairs and/or non profit associations
