Manager - Audience Engagement & Compliance

About the Role:

 As the Manager, Audience Engagement and Compliance you will collaborate across all Experience Team functions to monitor and balance the levels of outbound marketing and content communication by audience type to ensure the right messages reaches the right audiences at the right time for the right impact. 

You Will:

  • Deploy a set of Contextual Communication policies (right message, right audience, right channel, right time) that defines rules of engagement for audience communications. 
  • Review the integrated calendar and quarterly plans for communication by audience type to ensure planning for the right message to the to the right audience by the right channel is delivered at the right time. 
  • Ensure all outbound communications are captured as a part of annual/quarterly planning.  Interface with regional marketing teams and other mass audience outbound communicators to ensure their actions are integrated with other planned actions. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations CRM team to conduct a weekly review of planned deliveries. 
  • Identifies points of congestion
  • Communicate with Delivery Managers and other team members when congestion occurs and works to re-prioritize and alleviate issues. 
  • Maps incidents to improve planning and processes to avoid future incidents.   
  • Conduct data analysis to understand our chosen audiences and the communication saturation levels to provide insights into planning processes.
  • Undertake periodic reviews of the quality of communications within a specific audience group and provides feedback to relevant Experience Delivery Managers

 You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related area
  • 5+ years prior experience in email or digital marketing
  • Data trend analysis experience
  • Experience partnering across teams to manage marketing delivery plans
