- Solid knowledge of FASB accounting standards and AICPA and PCAOB auditing standards.
- Knowledge of ERISA and DOL reporting requirements and EBP auditing
- Strong project management skills and good organizational abilities
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience
- CPA license
- Experience with employee benefit plan audits
- Experience with governmental auditing
